KELLY ROWLAND – X Factor performance

Chokolate’s gorgeous male dancers booked on Kelly Rowland’s much aniticpated performance of all her recent hits on the X Factor, all overseen by Frank Gatson Jr. We also had dancers Aaron and Scott on Kelly’s UK Promotional Tour including the Graham Norton Show and BBC Extra Live which we assisted on.

COLDPLAY – ‘Charlie Brown’

Chokolate casts 15 featured dancers, 3 freerunners, 4 BMXers and 60 dancing background artists for Coldplay‘s epic video ‘Charlie Brown’Frank Gatson was in charge of all the movement direction and Chokolate coordinated all the talent on set.

BEYONCE – ‘Who Run The World (Girls)’

Beyonce is back with her new single ‘Who Run The World’ that comes with such an epic video directed by superstar Francis Lawrence and Choreographed by Frank Gatson JrChokolate cast the 240 dancers and models which was shot over 3 days in L.A. Shout out to Sarah Amos and Chloe Tangney from the UK who were also in the video! Chokolate also sourced the Kwaito Mozambican Dancers W TOFO Mario and Xavier for B and Frank , who were the main inspiration for the movement in the video. It was a huge job and so very worth it!

BEYONCE Oprah Farewell Show

After the successful work on the ‘Girls’ video, Chokolate were contracted to cast 60 female dancers for the historical Oprah Surprise Farewell Show in Chicago which celebrated Oprah’s 25 year run.  Beyonce performed her single ‘Run the World‘ after Dakota Fanning’s segment and the show which taped over 2 days was a star studded extravaganza with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, Halle Berry, Will Smith, Usher and many more!

BEYONCE – BILLBOARD AWARDS 2011

This year Beyonce was honoured with the Billboard Millenium Award at the Billboard Awards at the MGM in VegasChokolate were responsible for the casting of the 100 female dancers in this showstopping performance of ‘Run The World’! Well done to Frank Gatson JR for pulling it off as well as our rising superstar Chris Grant who co choreographed. It was a lot of hard work but the results are clear! What a show..! Chokolate was also contributed as visual graphics consultant.

ALEX GAUDINO feat. KELLY ROWLAND – ‘What A Feeling’

This is a very speical job, it marks Frank Gatson’s return to DirectingAlex Gaudino teams up with the beautiful Kelly Rowland for this up tempo feel good smash hit song ‘What A Feeling’ directed by the visual genius that is Frank Gatson JR. Chris Grant Choreographed the video and also dances in it. He’s the one in the leather hat dancing beside Kelly..  Chokolate were Casting Directors for the 40 dancers on this job so it was a great family project to be involved in!

GRAMMY AWARDS: Beyonce

Chokolate packed their bags and headed off to LA for the 52nd Grammy Awards at the legendary Staples Centre. Frank Gatson was in charge of Beyonce‘s performance which saw 60 performers on stage, Chokolate was there in a production capacity to help with all those dancers.. Beyonce left with 6 Grammys!

 

ROYAL VARIETY PERFORMANCE: Alexandra Burke

Frank Gatson comes to Blackpool! The Royal Variety Show sees Alexandra Burke perform her first ‘Broken Heels’ Show with 12 beautiful Chokolate dancers choregraphed by Frank in front of HRH The Queen. What an Honour!
